Restoration coating is far superior to other elastomeric products and paint solutions. This space-age, specially formulated, acrylic compound helps to reduce airflow through exterior walls coupled with up to a 94.7% solar reflection acts as a thermal barrier to provide greater energy efficiency.
Restoration Coating can be applied to virtually any surface existing stucco, cinder block, brick, rubber, cured concrete, wood, metals, cement board, vinyl and other structurally stable or painted substrates. Over 900 colors are available.
The Superior properties allow Restoration Coating to adhere and maintain surface integrity allowing it to handle the stresses of subtle building movement and temperature changes.

NO TOXIC MATERIALS
Sealmark Coatings are VOC Compliant, meeting all government standards. It is environmentally safe in both suspension and cured state, water-soluble prior to curing, and will not support combustion. (ASTM-E-108)
RESISTS MOLD OR MILDEW
When tested against fungal resistance in ASTM- D03273-73T (tropical chamber exposure). Results proved extremely resistant to mold and mildew.
RESISTS CRACKS
The ability of Sealmark technology allows for a minimum of 200% elongation (ASTM-D-412) and passes the ICBO SPEC for severe freeze/thaw cycles. No cracks, no water migration.
NO PEELING / DISBONDING
Sealmark is specially formulated to protect exterior walls against damaging UV rays and environmental exposure, helping to guard against surface breaks resulting in chipping and flaking.
NO AIR LEAKS
Sealmark is proven to reduce heating and cooling energy loss. By reducing air flow through exterior walls Sealmark not only reduces energy cost but saves costly future repairs from moisture damage.
